That Camaro has been for sale in the Team Camaro classifieds off and on for about 2 years...

I always wonder why, if it is 99% done, the owner doesn't just finish it. Probably because that last 1% takes 20-25% of the restoration cost. I think that last pic is a "before"....looks like it might have been a candidate for a survivor.
Looks like a nice car, but a bit overpriced, IMO. If the seller is who I think he is, he has always been very proud of his cars. If it is, I talked to him about a convt, about 10 years ago, and he wanted about double the going rate at the time. (of course, at today's values, that would have been a bargain.)

Very nice car, but I can't see a small block car going for that kind of coin, even if it had been finished. It is questionable for even a big block car to go for that in today's market. It is what is sometimes called "over restored", in that the shiny paint looks nice on the underside, but is not technically correct for the car. A friend of mine has a triple black car with similar options, plus AM/FM multiplex, and I don't think he is looking for that kind of coin.
That Garnet Red paint does get me fired up to get started on my big block car, however! :hurray:
