Is there any easy way to fix leak ? or is only way to totally remove pan and replace ?:(

You can remove most of the bolts easily and get a piece of metal or wood to use as leverage to get enough space from the block to oil pan, clean off the sealing surfaces with chem tool, use RTV silicone and a correct gasket for you application. Your probably going to have to drop your starter to get to some bolts, but by no means does the pan need to come off entirely.
Btw, I have no leaks of any fluid using the same method.
