AFR says they are good for 550 lift. With the lift of 540 on the exhaust and my 1.52 rollers is this going to be to much for them?

.540/1.5*1.52=.547 so, Theoreticaly, .547 is less than .550 by .003" or (3) one thousanths of an inch. You need to measure that one at assembly.

IMO you are pushing it. Call AFR to be sure, and if they built a safety margin into their specs cool - if not then you might want to upgrade. If you subtract .016" valve lash from the published .540" lift then you are only at .524".

I broke the dampeners on my TFS heads using the 282s cam and 1.6 rockers. My springs were rated to .520" lift and I was only pushing .506" with the higher ratio rockers.
