Looking for some info on the following.... 1967 RS with Auto and a/c

On the bottom of the frame that holds the radiator there are two "L" brackets with large bolts going straight down. Under the bolt is a large washer and under that a large circular rubber piece. These bolts seem to be part of what is holding the radiator "frame" to the car and they are really really tight. Were these put on or should they be put back on with a torque wrench? I've tried an air wrench and a ratchet with an extension and neither method will budge the nut. I've sprayed them also with PB Blaster (last night) and will try again tonight. Any help is appreciated.

That is rust most likely fighting you. Keep soakin it with the PB and try a breaker bar so you can go slow with plenty of leverage. And thats a radiator support by the way. Good luck.
