Yes I have seen them.

I'll be there shooting photos. Here are some from other years. You can easily shoot 500 to 800 photos a day. Lots of great cars.

The results up to 2006 are posted on the Orlando Speedworld Dragway site for all 4 classes.


This was the number 1 qualifier in Super Pro Street (if I remember correctly, but might be wrong). It was in the sixes.

It's a D50 Nikon, that was with my old lens, a Nikon Nikkor 70-300 f4-f5.6 AF (a $200 lens). Just upgraded to a Nikon Nikkor AF-S 70-300 f4.5-5.6 (about $700).

The camera is digital and I use the default resolution for jpeg's. But, to get them to fit on the pages of forums, I reduce the pixel count by approx 80%, and that puts small wavey lines in the photos.

Check this out, I bought a bunch of these videos, as my new project car ran in this from 98-2003.
