I'm new here. New to the Camaro scene. Had to sell my trusty 90 Eagle Talon Tsi. But I have this '95 Camaro 3.8l v6 to work on.
I'm having this problem. With one of the gas lines on top of the motor. Somehow it spung it leak, like a pin hole size. Every time I start the car gas gushes out. I'm thinking I can just use sandpaper and scruff up the top of the line and put hot glue or something, in the meantime. While I look for the part and get some moola for it. Can someone help me? Should I use glue or tape? It's a pin hole size, you can see it with the car on but not with the car off, it's so small.

There's a small wet spot on the 1st line. There you have it, the culprit.
I haven't driven the car for a whole week so please help me.:beers:

remove the line. use jb cold weld to seal it up. the install it. anything else and your wasting your time. gas will eat thru glues and tapes...

Sorry to bother you again but it still leaks. I bought a metal extender to finish the job. Cut hose, put extender, put hose back.

What are those called... the metal things that hook up to the hose?
I went to Autozone and the guy didn't even want to help, ass. He just led me to the metal extender. It was late... so I just bought the extender.

those are quick disconnects. hard to find. tried a junk yard yet? pick-n-pulls are pretty cheap. have you thought about putting rubber hose and a couple of clamps over it?

Hi, I cant believe this is happening to me. Well the thing is leaking but not the hose itself but the round thing at the end to your left.

I just cant believe that the damn thing is giving me so much trouble.
The thing on the end is leaking gas around it and leaking gas on the engine, I want a hot car but not that much.
Question:
How the hell do I seal the leak or do I go around it and buy a used hose from a junk yard, but how am I gonna attach it to the existing one. Do I just do the same and attach it was hose and clamps?

Please give me Ideas!

This is the first problem I've had and I know there will be more to come.
