i have a74 and 78 Camaro. i want to take the 74 front and back bumper and put them on a 78 body....the reason for this is because the 78 camaro floor pans and doors are better....plz help before we take them both apart and find out they won't clip on..

The only way it will work on the front is to change the entire front clip. You will have to use the 74 fenders,core support,Header panel& valance. On the rear the tail panels are different so without changing it out you will not be able to make it look right.

Other than the obvious (lights,grille,ect) I think thats it. The doors and hood are the same and the back window is the only differance in the quarters.

Tail panel differance was stated earlier in this thread.

Front and rear bumper impact shocks are different on the 2 cars.
The 74 has longer ones than the 78.
Me and my Dad did this about 15 years ago,but we took stuff from a 80 Z28 and put it on the 74 body.

what year did t-tops come in??
