I think Karen Chevy is still there. At least it was still there a few years back. I remember passing it when I was up that way. Not really a huge dealership from what I remember, but it was a building straight out of the '50's.

I think that is where my Mom bought her now my Camaro! I'll go home after work and check my Protecto Plate. That's pretty cool:beers:

I grew up in Phillipsburg and know of this dealership well. I used to walk past it every day on my way to and from school. It has been out of business now for over 20 years, but the building still stands and now houses the local fire department. The auto bays are now home to the fire trucks. I only wish that I would have been old enough and had the foresight to buy one of these great camaros back then, because if I had, I would still have it today! If anyone would like any more info on Karen Chevrolet or the local area, please let me know.

I know of 2 prior employees of Karens,one lives in Hunterdon County NJ and the other works for a Chevrolet Dealership in PA. What I've been told was Karen sold 5 to 6 Yenkos. Theres a Ralley Green one in Florida,Fathom Green one in Oxford NJ,which use to be Len Sabatines car.Sonny Lewis from Easton PA,right next to Phillipsburg NJ had a Daytona Yellow one with Black Vinyl roof.That car has not been found yet.
