I remember the old Super Shops stores pushed 'em. That's how i got mine back then. I liked mine back then. Lotta torque in the one I had.
I saw a post where they are old designs and not very good. This true?
See them on Epay in kits and such, but not in Summit or Jegs catalogs.

As said they were affiliated with super shops, when super shops went away so did erson as Good Ole Eddy and Ercie Hill, I remember when I saw him make the first sub 5 second pass, Man was that exciting, Now Low 4's dont even qualify..Anyway back to the cam, I dont know of anyone selling Erson cams as far as old technology, yes for today standard it is. Such as the SIS cams that PAW sells, this is just the old machines of back still grinding the same profiles. Simple and cost effective, with todays all digital electronic programming is more expensive but of course will make more power of yesterdays cams..

I still have a TQ30 cam that I bought new and had in a 454. When I sold the engine I kept the cam. I really liked but i don't think I will ever run another big block. Any one need a TQ30?

A lot of the grinds are the same, but they also have a lot of new ones. Look at the PBM/Erson web site. Let me know what you are interested in and I will see what I can get.
