New here, bought a 68 RS/SS a few months back locally, all I've done to it is add the sticker in the back window, new wheels and tires, clean it up and freshen the motor up. If anybody knows any of the history of this car I would love to know about it, apparently it was from upstate New York and bought with a Challenger and a 70 Chevelle LS6 as a package deal as I understood from the guy I bought it from. I believe it was a 1/8 mile car because it has a coan racing th400, 4.10's, 383 stroker (anemic) and is all plumbed and ready for nitrous. I've wanted a first gen f-body forever and figured now that I'm 23 I had to buy one before they became totally out of reach. And yes, I know the seats are from a 69 and the stripe is a 67 stripe, matching numbers and originality is something I don't care about.

I hear ya, I wanna drop it down a bit to tuck the tires, only problem is that the damn ladder bars already hit everything, the roads here are pretty rough from the frost heaves so I think it will have to stay fairly high.
