I tried to get some electrical problems troubleshooted in another post, but thought maybe to narrow it down a little with a different post on a specific problem. The headlight will not come on at all when everything is hooked up. This is an RS and I tried to follow some of the wire to give an idea of what I'm looking at.
The red 12v wire is connected to the relay board for the headlight motors and shows 12V at that terminal but nothing at the orange wire! Is it the breaker thats bad? Also, I found one green wire totally disconnected from one of the relays. I dont have any motors for the headlights installed so wonder how I can get the headlights to come on and if this is where the conection is lost.
Also, when I turned the lights on, I hear a click from the relay board.
Any ideas on where to start?

The breaker is between the red and orange wire. Both sides of the breaker should have 12V unless the breaker is open. The orange provides motor power to open/close the doors, depending on the state of the relays.
