I'm running a Muncie M-21 to a 10-Bolt rearend. How much horsepower can I run through this set-up and still be safe? Thanks in advance.

I will hazard a guess and say 450hp if you don't dead hook right off the start and dump the clutch with some good r's on it!!

Your tires or clutch should slip some which will protect your weak 10 bolt, (compared to a 12 bolt).

And you may want to consider a front driveshaft safety loop too b/c I am for my big engine.

I had an 8.2" 10 bolt in my 68 that I dumped in favor of a Moser 12 bolt. If you have an 8.5" 10 bolt, then you should be okay. Just beef up the internals. The M-21 is rated at 440ft/lbs.
