I have a 73 with the idiot light dash cluster. I have purchased a gauge cluster from a Z-28 and I want to convert my car to use these gauges. Does anybody know how or where I can get wiring info for this conversion.

Before starting any Cluster work on 70 to 73 Models, drop Heater Controls and panel under Steering wheel then drop Steering Column or you will risk damaging the Cluster and scratching the column. Don't forget to disconnect battery as the Headlight switch can short.

There's a trick to removing the light Switch; been awhile, but I believe you have to use a pin in the back of the switch in order to remove the plunger.

There's not much to the wiring except you do require the U14 Circuit Panel.

we did the gauge conversion using nastyz's website...works great and was easy to follow....

as far as the headlight swith... pull out the knob..then push in..then as you push in the little pin on side of switch..pull the knob out...
