What would make my emgr. flashers not blink? I have changed the flasher relay with the signal relay that I know works but still just solid lights on all 4 corners?

Duh!! My brake lights were on!! I have my master cyl removed and the pedal was not holding the brake light switched closed. DUH. Thanks I have now answered my own question.
