I would love to do some busness with these folks but can not get them on the phone. Are they still up and running?

Just keep calling and calling and calling. Try late afternoon CA time, Mark might be there. He's a nice guy, but very hard to reach on the phone. Don't know why he doesn't have email or voice mail, but he doesn't. Keep trying, he'll answer one of these days. Good luck!

WOW.... I just spent more than 50 min on the phone with Mark; what an education I received... If you have not been to his site and read some of his info, you are missing out. This guy is passionate about his trade and all about sharing knowledge. If you are doing any kind of electrical work, this is the ONLY guy to deal with. Just can not say enough about him. :thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup:

And maybe that is why you couldn't get through. I too spent 45-50 min. the first time I talked to him. I agree totally with you. I have his complete "New System" set up in my 69. Love it!

The last two days I have successfully reached him at around 10AM PST.

Those guys are badd *** and know their voltage.

Just remember this simple fact when doing any electrical work...
