Why would a car with 325 original miles need a full restoration? Maybe they messed it up with drag racing modifications.

The thing that jumped out at me was the driver side door gap, between the fender and door. Also the orange over spray on the water pump hose and the exhaust manifolds.

The one thing that you have to remember is that when these cars were rolling down the line ... panel fit/alignment was almost an afterthought. These guys were built before the days of CAD and other computer aided tools.

When it was new...it would have had both...over spray on the bypass hose and the exhaust manifolds!:thumbsup:

What about the upside down air cleaner to hood seal? I see this alot and am amazed that a "very well respected Camaro restorer" would do such a thing.
