Hello guys,
I'm using a B&M Quicksilver shifter and trying to repair back-up lights. I couldn't find a suitable place for reverse light switch at the shifter. I have the switch and it is working, I need help for location.
Can anyone send me a picture of working switch ?

Hey Ozgur,
I'm working on a '70 Camaro, and I'm also having problems with the reverse lights. My problem is opposite though. The switch is hooked up to the shifter, I just don't know how the wiring goes. The switch has three places to plug wires into, two side by side and one below. Maybe you can help me out, thanks!

Chris, why dont you post a picture for Ozgur? And there should be only two wires you connect on your switch. The third may be a ground? It doesnt matter which way you hook them up so long as you hook them to the right wires. Those wires can be found in the wiring diagrams on the electrical & wiring sticky at the top of the page if Im not mistaken. It cant hurt anything to experiment. The worse that could happen is you get a spark.

Thanks for your help Microgiant,

I got the wires figured out. I'm helping my brother with his '70 Camaro, and after figuring out which shifter he had (B&M Sport Shifter), it was a lot easier to wire up the tail lights. The neutral/reverse switch comes mounted on the shifter. It is different than the Quicksilver though. Ozgur, if you send me your e-mail, I can e-mail you a picture of the switches on the Sport Shifter, but I don't know if it will help.
Once again, thanks a lot for your help. Chris
