Take a good look at the picture. Just to the right of the MSD there is a plastic track that runs on the firewall towards the top. It holds all the wires in it. Where can I find one or something like it to go accross the entire firewall? I'm moving my MSD toward the front.

The rest of the bad news is it's the same length as what you have. I wonder if some vinyl house gutter could be bent and painted to do what you want. I can't think of a profile of anything in plastic/vinyl at the home center that would work without mods but I'd take a look.

The reproductions I have seen are only as good as the original part was. The plastic will tear if you wrench to tight on the screws holding it to the firewall, as well the 2 mounting points are too far apart and as you route wires through the thing it's easy to pull it off the firewall.

Don't they make wire housings like for computer wiring/ Audio visual cable installs and such? The only question is it heat safe under the hood?

I put my orginal away, and dropped the looms to run behind the engine/dizzy out of sight....and the loom up the drivers fender put inside the fender

go to the junkyard..i bet another less popular car from that era uses the same one.
