i have a 2002 camaro the dealer i got it froms mechanic said he replaced the pulse board module in it when i turn my wipers to intermitent they park straight up the window he says thats how there supposed to be in camaros but if its windy the driver side blows right off the window which i thought would be a safety feature i took my car to 3 different mechanics 2 of them said its the wiper switch that comes in 2 parts the wiring harness and the turn signal lever the other mechanic said it looks like to him the wiper motor crank arm maybe they where up the window when the dealers mechanic disconnected it to do the pulse board module and when he finished he just re connected it as is he didnt turn the key on so they would park at the hood line so now they stay straight up the window my question is how would i go about finding this wiper motor crank arm what do i have to take apart or off the car to find it is it under the plastic at the bottom of the window or is it behind the radio inside the car under the dash sumwhere i cant find it any where i took the radio out just a black box behind it looks like its for the vents i hope sumone can help me
