I was replacing my driver side window motor on my 94 firebird and i accidently shut the wire connector that goes to the switch in the door. the wires crossed and sparked and my passenger window rolled down by itself. Afterwards, i lost power to only my windows and radio. Everything else is fine even my power locks work. I tried replacing the RAP mod but that didnt do it. Would the express down mod or the body control mod do this?

You could have shorted the express down module, I don't believe they had a BCM in 94 though. I don't see how the radio plays into this though. The windows have a breaker and right under the breaker is the radio fuse.

Yeah i found out it does not have a BCM. It is almost as if the car is not getting accessory power. the face of the radio will light up when i press the recall button, but thats it. The fuse block is not getting power. Im just not sure how i shorted something before the fuse box without blowing a fuse.

Im gonna check that out, what is crazy is that its not getting power to the fuse block, so i shorted something before the fuse block without blowing a fuse.
