Thanks for your help! Do you know if its a true RS/SS?

3L shows it is RS as Dayton showed in his posting. If it was SS it would have said so in that list of options. So I'd say, NO SS.
What engine is in it now?

I think I know that car.
I believe it is an Van Nuys car originally from CA.
The color on tag should read "K-2"
And the #4 group options should read '4FP'.

I would contact the seller to see if that is correct ...

It definitely appears to be a K (Emerald Turquoise) color car....

Was that the one that had a gorgeous paint job until they rolled it out of the booth and hooked the door? As I recall, the poor guy went thru insurance hell trying to get the damage paid for.

:noway: that poor smuck still owns the one you're thinking of
The door has been repaired and everything is fine now
It's not for sale, just on hold until things settle down in his life - or - there's another TC "intervention" ;)

If this is the same car I am looking at in the classifieds the gentleman sent me an email pic. of the trim tag an it is a "4FP" car however it almost looks as if it is a monoleaf rear suspension. Could this be correct as I was under the impression that all SS cars had multileaf suspension. Please correct me if I am wrong. This does look like a nicely optioned car and has my interest, however mildly, due to current financial status, occording to the wife anyway. lol thanks

It's listed on here in the classifieds also. Nice car, nice options and maybe nice resto so far, but overpriced in it's current motorless condition, in my opinion.:(
