shoddy_F-body Oct 18th, 08, 07:46 PM That would be a nice one to reskin. Shame to trash it. I'd take it if i was closer.
jsouthco68camaro Oct 18th, 08, 07:54 PM I know..It is in decent shape.. Maybe if no one else has a need for it,I will buy a skin and use this as a learning experience. Putting a new skin on is something i have yet to do...
Wife is on me to clean up the garage though.. I have fenders, cowl, header.. Just sitting around waiting for me to get to cleaning them up. I dont know how well reskinning a door i dont need will go over..:D

Legacy 69 Oct 19th, 08, 08:03 AM Sure could use the full length bottom from the skin to curl up for the inside panel.

jsouthco68camaro Nov 1st, 08, 07:55 AM Rick,
Can you tell me specifically what you need? I would want to have the money to ship in hand before I cut the shell up...Please be specific , a picture with the area you need highlighted would be best.
Let me know- Jim
Legacy 69 Nov 4th, 08, 05:31 PM Thanks Jim,
The bottom of my 1969 Camaro door has been eat'n away on the horizontal inside above where the rubber seal would rest. Full length of the door and approximatly an inch wide, yet the rest of the door is prestine, as a result of years of rain with no door window seals.
So if you wouldn't mind cutting just above the lowest body line on the outside skin continuing around the taking the complete lower part of the door both inside and out.
Now shipping, please ship via U.S. Postal service with an International Flat-Rate Box I will include a link below this is good for up to 20 lbs. and no customs charges, or duty as the part is worth less than $20.00 and will be used on a Historic vehicle. I will pay for shipping and what ever you would like for your work let me know the total charges.
Link to USPS: http://ircalc.usps.gov/IntlMailServices.aspx?Country=10054&M=2&P=15&O=0&sd=0

jsouthco68camaro Nov 8th, 08, 10:12 PM I am not looking to make money on any of this- Just trying to help out some other Camaro owners as so many others have done for me!:beers:
I will take a look at the door tomorrow and will send you an email to get your address. I think I will need to get a new cutoff wheel so it may take a day or 2.

How about the door handle on that door. Is it still there? If so, what condition is it in? ....Jb
jsouthco68camaro Nov 9th, 08, 07:23 AM Johhny B,
Door handle (Outside) is still there. I will have to take a look today to verify its condition. I will get back to you later today.
