just wondering to get inlet & out to right position, (I know it"s clockable), can I tap out blind holes, because using original taped holes 10 an inlet hit cross member & moving it to next taped hole, outlet hits engine block. cheers?

Yes, I've done that to get the outlets where they need to be.
