223.. Could you mean 6223? This is a common forged crank for 396 and some 427s

115 Im not sure about either maybe 7115 ? This is another 427 / 427 truck crank

Although all the above cranks have the same stroke they are balanced different, nothing major. Any machine shop that does balance work can make them work with just about any piston / rod weight combo.

Nitrited is a proccess that makes a thin hard surface on a forged crank. Its only a few thousands thick . If you have the crank turned it will need to be retreated. Is it worth the extra bucks? Not on a street strip engine.
