Any suggestions? batboy Oct 21st, 08, 09:30 PM Headers is always a good place to start. FeaRJN Oct 21st, 08, 09:40 PM Intake and Exhaust. Simplest, and one of the most important places to start. Though i beleive the 1985's where still using carbs. Creeper Oct 23rd, 08, 08:46 AM Tell us more about the car.Wich engine ?How much you want to spend? Everett#2390 Oct 23rd, 08, 09:42 AM Being a previous owner of an '85 Z/28, they came with TPI intake system. Starting with the exhaust system first will improve performance. Whether choosing an OE exhaust manifold system back or cat-back system, it depends on how much effort you are willing to put into the project. Removing smog for headers might be an improvement. Regardless the route taken, headers or OE exhaust, #8 spark plug is a pain to change. |
