I was interested in the comp cams two peice timing cover #210, so I can do easy cam swaps , but I am using a pete jackson gear drive. Will the cover clear the gear drive?

Thanks ---

I put one on a big block with a gear drive and it worked fine. The access plug for setting end play was useless with the gear drive. It's too low for the smaller top gear.

Yes, that will clear. I just put one of those on a 383 with a Pete Jackson Gear Drive. Make sure you read the instructions on the gear drive though. You have to grind down the backside of the unit and then you will be able to make the timing cover sit flat on the front of the block. That is the coolest timing cover I've ever used and I've built lots of engines. The access hole in the front of the cover worked perfectly for checking cam end play for me.
