I want to replace my pts dist & coil with a new electronic dist. I have a new MSD 6AL BOX so what dist & coil will match best for my engine / setup? I cannot fit an HEI (with coil built into dist. cap)...thanks

I forgot the new name of the coil but it is square not the typical cylinder shape of the blaster 2. I think it is called a Blaster SS. The Devil's advocate Oct 26th, 08, 08:17 PM You might consider asking Dave Ray (IgnitionMan) to send you info and pictures on his MSD trigger only conversion to stock points distributor. It plugs right into the MSD feed wire set, uses a real MSD magnetic pickup, and they just plain work great.
