hi
i have read that its common practice for the body work to apply epoxy first then various fillers then 2k primer then blocker out, would there be any reason not to epoxy then 2k primer and do the body work on top of the 2k? im trying to avoid the epoxy recoat window if i could not get all the body work done in time.
thx scott

There is an even shorter recoat window on 2k primer. If you go beyond the recoat window on your epoxy just scratch it up with some 80-120.

I did my filler work over the etch primer then used the high build. I used a glaze for small stuff over the high build but I don't think it's wise to use filler over the high build primer. If the high build is not subject to getting wet, you can let it sit until all the filler work is done, then a sealer coat of primer/sealer.
