Without a picture of the numbers components and the trim tag hard to tell what you really have. It all sounds great but no real details with support..

However if it is a real X33 Z/28 with it's born with engine and if it looks like a nice car in person I would think it is a really good deal at 45K . I guess the original trans is gone and has been replaced with a TKO 600... but no details. No trim tag photos or deck of engine. What are the dealer installed 4 wheel disc brakes? when you say dealer installed it sound like a over the counter JL8 installed by a Chevy dealer but is that what it really is? I mean if it is I would think you specify that and show some photos. I would want some more details and photos and from there if it looks good I would either look at the car or have a TC member check it out for me .

Another thing to consider if the car is well done .. TKO 5 speed and vintage air , upgraded suspension and brakes , Rally-sport .... even if it was a clone you couldn't build it for 45K

Gorgeous car.... some details stand out to me though- wrong fender emblems, wrong rear stripes, no headlight washer nozzles. Looks like at best an X33 non-RS car that was converted at some point. I'm with the rest of you...would need to see the TT and get more details. Car has some real eye appeal though.
