Seems the Dynomax #17266 is the only one listed that says it fits but except for a difference in case width (DM= 9.75" vs MF = 8") the Magnaflow 12265 has the same case and overall length, & the same inlet/outlet diameters. Whadda think:confused:? the MF is $65 cheaper but if it doesn't fix, doesn't matter. It's for the 305" motor.

What is it that you are worried about?

That the tail pipes won't line up to the muffler inlet/outlet pipes. It doesn't represent itself to be an OEM fit.

Here is the internals of this muffler which is 2.5" In and Out. The muffler is transverse mounted. The inlet is on the top right side and the exits are on the bottom right and left. If you need larger then you could use the 12267 muffler. A good muffler shop should be able to install this for you.

Thanks Chris,
I'll see how those dimentions line up with the OEM that I have on it now and get the closest fit.
Regards, Fred:)
