Need way more info on this one. The engine bay looks like it has been restored. I am going to tale a WAG and say this is no Z/28, just on the basis of no bumper guards and white shifter knob with a console.

" IF " it is what the ad says and thats a big IF, you can forget about $38000. Its worth more then that, i dont care how times are.

That's right, it would be worth more than $38k for an unrestored original 69 Z/28, but the seller has a long way to go with his description, pictures and documentation.

I could be wrong but I think that car was on Ebay a short time ago as well.

The 1969 Z/28 came standard with rear bumper guards only and this car clearly has them.

I should have enlarged the picture I guess. I can't really see them. Still need more info.:beers:

You can sell a story better then a car at this time. There is no difference between 3800 and 38,000 if you don't have it. Sell me a car sell and prove the story. IMO
