I'm getting ready to order some sheetmetal parts for my 69 camaro like a radiator support, inner fenders, trunk pan. Is there a preference for Goodmark, Dynacorn or other source, or are they mostly the same. I'm looking for good quality at a fair price.

Thanks

The rad supports are made by CHL, and distributed through the brand names mentioned. Inner fenders and trunk pan are Golden Legion pieces. Mostly the same as you said. All decent quality, yet some tweaks can be necessary for perfect fit.

Steve - I got Golden Legion quarters from BelAir Bob. They were good quality at a fair price and excellent service. Like Bob says, some tweaks will be needed but that is to be expected.

Bob, I couldn't find a radiator support on your site for my 69 camaro. Who is CHL that makes this piece?

Even NOS GM parts need tweaking to fit properly.

I noticed the aftermarket core support and inner fenders were lighter in weight than the oem, but I figured that it really wouldn't matter in the long run as the car is not a daily driver and not out in the weather. They should last my lifetime. .... I had no problems with fit or finish.

Thanks for all your comments. After some deliberation I ordered the Dynacorn from Ground Up that is a sponsor of this site. I just hope that I'm happy with the quality of the steel, fit doesn't bother me as much as the gage. This is the first sheetmetal I'm ordering ( rad support and inner fenders ) for my recent 69 purchase, so it will be a good test. I also noticed on another post that now is the time to think about the rubber guards that attach to the inner fender and tuck into the A-arms. This site is awsome!!
