Does anybody know anything about this coilover kit? I see them advertised on Summit for the front suspension only, can i use them also on the back? Its kinda stupid to make coilovers for the front only.

The coilovers for the front replace the coil springs and shocks that are currently there. Yes, you can get them for the rear if you are willing to get a totally redesigned rear suspension system which does away with the leaf springs. Plan on spending a couple thou. http://www.camaros.net/forums/showthread.php?t=145296

Could I get front coil overs and rear lowering springs with out redoing the total suspension?

BPOS is exactly correct. To do the rear suspension you need to eliminate the leaf springs completly. There are a few good systems in the thread BPOS linked to that do a great job of improving ride and handling all at the same time. Where most leaf rears do one of the other, Good ride, mushy handling, good handling, really firm ride.

The big thing to watch out for with a front coil over conversion is that most people want to use this because they want to lower their car. However the coil over conversion is only good for a 1", 1 1/2" drop tops. Any lower then that and you will bottom the shock and ruin it.

yes, we have a couple different leafs available that are direct replacement and will lower the car from 1 1/2" to 3". We also have front coil springs that will lower the front 1 1/2" to 2"
