The condition of the side rails is important; there's some cancer in the header bow (which is common, but hurts the price some). The hydraulic rams and pump aren't in the best shape, and those interior side panels are for a 67-68 coupe with deluxe interior or a fold-down seat (the vert side panels are different).
If the side rails on the top frame are solid and not bent, $200 to $300 is probably the best you'll get. The pump and rams might bring another $100 to $200 if they work okay, and less than $100 if they don't.
