Hey Guys,
I have been working with the guys at inline tube to get new lines from my stock 69 camaro master cylinder to the stock distribution block (was power disk Front, power drums Rear). I am running C4 calipers in front with 13" rotors and LT1 rotors and calipers in the back (if forget the exact size, but between 11" and 12").
The line that they provided for the rear brakes from the master cylinder to the distribution block is 1/4".
The line that they provided for the front brakes from the master cylinder to the distribution block is 3/16".
I have removed the rear drum holdoff valve from the system so the rear line is directly from the MC to the distrubution block.
Lines from the distrubution block to the calipers are all stock 3/16" w/ SS flex hoses at the ususal locations.
Is there a technical reason that I would require 1/4" line vs. 3/16" line from the master cylinder to distribution block on the front system?
Thanks,
Jereme
