im trying to put back together my fuel gauge in my 79 z-28. when i removed the fuel and voltage gauge , i took everything off the back. there is a resistor with a fine wire wrapped around it and i cant remember if it goes on the fuel or voltage gauge. also, there was a male end of a wiring connection, i believe it goes on the fuel but im not sure. can anyone tell me where these items go? also if anyone has any pictures of the back of the gauge cluster with gauges installed would be very helpful. thanks

The resistor goes to the voltage gauge and so does the male end of wiring. If your looking at the back of the cluster the way it would be installed the resistor goes to the bottom two studs and the wire end goes on the left bottom stud
