Hi Everyone,
My original clock (center dash location) only works intermittantly. I have read all the previous and current threads regarding electro-mechanical repair vs. quartz conversion. I have decided to have the original movement restored. I know many of you recommend clock works to do the job.
My question is to those of you who had your clocks restored keeping the original electro-mechanical movement. How long has your repair lasted before the clock stopped working again? How involved was it to remove the clock from the center dash? It's not that I need to rely on the clock for the time when I am driving but the fact that I have a really nice Z28 and just want it working like everything else in the car.
Thanks for your input!
Bill
