Best flow numbers out there from an iron head. c4boom Mar 20th, 02, 04:10 PM thank you very much this is just one of those things that i always ?ed about to my buds but none of them could help grumpyvette Mar 20th, 02, 04:34 PM look here, summitracing.com for part # PAM-223260035A those heads cost $969 ready to run and flow 318cfm intake/205 exhaust camcojb Mar 20th, 02, 05:00 PM Good call Grumpy. I wish those were available when I did my last Iron Eagle motor. It cost me nearly $2500 to get a fully ported Iron Eage 235 that BARELY outflowed these Pro Action heads. Imagine if I'd of started with these instead?! Jody c4boom Mar 20th, 02, 06:32 PM who makes those all i get is a price and it looks like they are bear camcojb Mar 20th, 02, 07:00 PM The part number above is for completely assembled heads from Pro Topline (formerly Pro Action). Jody c4boom Mar 20th, 02, 07:09 PM how much low end am i going to loose this is going on a 6000# truck my goal is to be able to beet my cuz at the track he has a 5.3 and thinks that the 350's are junk camcojb Mar 20th, 02, 07:25 PM Wrong heads for a 6000 pound truck. These things are for large cubic inch motors or serious street/strip set-ups. They flow extremely well in the upper ranges and that's opposite of what you'll need. I don't thing anyone thought they were going on a heavy truck. Vortecs wouldn't be a bad choice for the application or a smaller runner Iron Eagle or other aftermarket head. You need to keep the port velocity and resulting low end torque up to get that thing moving.
