Maybe someone will respond here. I posted in body shop and got nothing. Someone?

I bought a rocker panel "skin" from J.C. Whitney. I know I should have known better but the price was so good I figured I would use the Metal for something else if it did not fit. Well, that's what I am going to do because it doesn't fit worth a .... Does anyone have experiance with "skins" and who makes the best ones? What about a "full" rocker and just using what I need off it. Any advise?

1969 Camaro 350 & 1969 Impala SS 427/ 4-speed (restored)

I haven't done rockers, but I have gotten some panels from both Rick's first generation Camaro and Year one and both had pretty good stuff. All I got were fenders, a pretty common piece.

I ordered full rocker from "NPD". Perfect fit and finish. Way more difficult to install than the skin.
