Well, I sold the IROC today. I never really got into the computer controlled TPI and everything. Guess I really am "old school" as I like to be able to tune/change my engines without a laptop or hand held diagnostic analyzer. That really sank in after I bought the 67 and it still has points and a carb. I LIKE setting dwell, timing and a carb and I'm still pretty good at it, so...........I now have a deal in the works for a 1967 GTO. :hurray: More to come on that when it gets closer !!!

I hear ya on the GTO, Doug. I'm still trying to figure out who I am, so this may take a while.....

That's not half bad, Jerome, but I'm a little old for the dude part. I am trying to come up with a name that isn't brand or year specific this time to encompass all my vehicles. Now I've even strayed from the Bowtie camp.....

Mitch,
Keep the screename. I don't own a 70 Camaro anymore but, the name stays (it started because I've owned 3 1970 Camaros).

Most of us have gotten to know each other for the most part and the screename doesn't really matter. Or does it? and everyone is laughing at me because I'm going by a false name, lol

I hear what you're saying about the familiarity of the name but it just seems weird to keep a name associated with a car I don't have anymore....
I was thinking "Bowtie Blood" but now with a Pontiac coming to stay it would need to be "Chief bowtie blood" or something like that...:D

Not anymore, my friend. I "retired" from winter OTR last spring and sold the Kenworth last April. I only have the Pete for sand/gravel in the summer now. The wife calls me the "bum" right now, as I have no income and I'm not really looking.....;) Hey.......how about "Bowtie Bum"........:D
