But I would think you would have a hard time controlling and manuvering the engine to the right angles for install. If you have the front clip off and setting it straight down on the sub frame i wouldnt worry at all. I had to unload a engine out of the back of my pick up and used my lift as you show but it barely got it high enough. If you dont have a engine hoist they are cheap enough to rent, get with a levler bar and you will be fine.
