Does a standard and RS lower valance for a 68' camaro have the same mounting holes? Is the only thing different between the two the lights on the RS? The reason I'm asking; I'm wanting to take a 68' standard lower valance and smooth it out and then graft a set of 69 lights into it. The reason I'm curious if the standard and RS are the same is because the fab'ed lower valance is going on a RS frontend and I would like to use the standard instead of the RS due to less holes to fill. Sorry if this is confusing.
