Hi, What type of power could I expect from this combo...

350 4-bolt block (0.030" over) (355)
10.5:1 pistons
Comp Cams 270H Magnum Cam
Stock GM 350 heads, port, polish, 3 angle valve job, 2.02,1.60 valves
Weiand X-celerator Single Plane intake manifold
Holley 650 Double pumper
and a few other "Non-important" things

Also, Would I be able to run a NOS 2 Stage, Cheater system on it??? something like 100hp off the line then 150hp mid track, or something like that...

I think your compression will be too high for iron heads and pump gas, especially with a 270 cam. A bigger cam might help but then you have the big cam problems on a street car, if you ever intend to use it there. Of course race gas is an option. Just my opinion.

you would probably see around 350hp if everything is matched up well. if you could swing it, instead of using those heads i would get a set of vortecs and have a little work done to them and you would see great improvements. if the bottom end is up to par, a 150 shot should be ok as long as you retard the timing the proper amount. i used a comp 280magnum and made almost 375hp with a good set of heads.
