WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE in useing roller rockers and steel rockers. Can you inter change them. Want to put it on a stock head.

It sounds like your asking if they are worth it or not? It really depends on the engine. They will give a more power from less friction and closer matched ratios. They also need less oil and don't heat the oil as much, so if you're running a solid cam, you can limit the oil to the top-end.
All the gains will be greater on a high hp motor, they are minimal on a stock motor. You will spend at least $200 for a set of aluminum roller rockers. That $200 could make more power by spending it on a better cam (for example, I don't know your combo). For a stock or mild motor, you will not feel any real difference in power. 5 hp or so if your lucky, 10 hp tops. An all out race motor my see as much as a 40 hp increase.
You should check your stock rockers, most fall short of the adverties 1.5:1 ratio. You can go though a few sets of old ones (they can fe gotten free or very cheap) and find 16 with the closest and highest ratios.
