Is there any difference between a 67-68-69 subframe? I thought some had diffeent holes than others?

Yes, there are definately differences, couldn't tell you exactly what they are but they are definately different. I know some of it has to do with location of holes and also with the way the suspension stops are welded on the early ones? Sorry to be so Vage. Hopefully one of the experienced guys can spell out the differences. Have you tried searching the threads for a related thread? Jeff

67 has the bump stops in a different location than 68-9, long as you use the matching a-arms all 3 years will interchange

Very early 67s do not have the large access holes at the front inner ends of the rails; all 67s have the bump stop brackets as mentioned. There may be other detail differences like battery cable clips, etc.

front bumper mounting holes are different or some holes are missing on some of them- i think they changed it for 68 when the Nova came out, and again in 73 when the Novas got the 5mph bumper shocks.

William.. i had heard about the large holes not being in the front rails. I can't picture the bump stop area difference?
