: Any Comments on Progressive Nitrous Controllers?

I am working on two nitrous systems now that pretty much dictate the use of a progressive controller of some kind. One of them is the '67 - I am barely hooking now and another 250 ft lbs off the line would really be stretching the envelope, although will be nice on the big end. The other application is a triple engine offshore race boat - can't bring it all in at once or we'll blow off the props.

I have used the Jacob's system before (I was a distributor) and would not use one now, but I have seen new offerings from NOS and Crane and a couple more.

Does anyone have any personal experience and advice?

Thank you

I have found the progressive kit to be real hard on the solinoids. They do not seem to like the on-off switching a controller does to help you. That seemed to be the only down side though.

check out the new Maximizer from Nitrous Express (NX)
pretty trick, offering a new digital maximizer as well
