I have a 2001 Camaro, V6 3.8L, 59,000km done. I got the car 2 months ago and i've had a problem twice. The car runs perfectly fine and suddenly dies after a very little missing. Then starts after a few attempts and runs fine again. This happened twice. There's no missing otherwise and nothing unusual. It's runs perfectly fine. The first time this happened i thought to ignore it but now i am kind of worried about it. Could anybody help?

lean towards carbon build up on the valves, this was common..i think gm has a tsb on this problem, ill double check for you too..do a top engine clean, should fix the problem. you can buy the kit or have your local garage do it for you..its where they run cleaner through the intake to decarbon the valves and injectors....and so on

Are you talking about the cleaners which are added to the engine oil and then the engine is allowed to idle for a while and then replaced with a new engine oil and oil filter?
