Does anyone out there have access to a Hollander Maunal? I checked my local library with no luck. I saw a 1973 Olds Omega for sale and the Air-Conditioning suitcase looks just like a Big-block Camaro case. If someone has one could you look and see if the 73-74 Olds Omega, Buick ?, or Pontiac Ventura will Interchange? Happy Holidays, Brent

I have a Hollander manual but it dosn't list the case, the heater core or the AC evaporator. Mine is an original interchange book from the salvage yard I used to manage and covers 1962-1974. I doubt you'll find the info you're looking for unless you get the info from someone who has tried it.

From what I've read, the first gen and Omega/Ventura share the same subframe and firewall. After 1974 is different.

Theres a 73 Omega on Ebay right now and the case and valve look just like a BB-Camaro case. The elbow in the poa condensor turns toward the motor where a SB-Camaro turns away from it. I'm hitting the boneyards weekly but a 73-74 Omega, Ventura, Apollo is harder to find than a BB Camaro but would be sent to a junkyard alot faster. I missed one a year ago cause I thought it would be there the following weekend but they moved out the whole row of cars it sat in and crushed them before I got back. Rats!
