Do I need to remove window to install these?
There's a screw on bottom, right?

Yes, small screw on the bottom. Dont have to remove the window, be careful how hard yo pull on it to remove/install the seal. I broke the nylon roller trying to remove the old one & had to remove the window to fix it. I'd use some wd-40 or similar on the old one. Soapy water worked well for me to install the new one.

The screw keeps the seal in place on the chrome trim. You may need to use a heat gun to loosen up the seal on the quarter window. Like Scott said, there's no need to remove the window, just be careful

cool. but how do i get at the screw? remove u-jamb seals?

Once you've removed the vertical trim piece from the window just take out the screw and slide the seal out from the trim. Be prepared, the seals can be a bear to remove and install. I used WD-40 to reinstall the seals.

Yes, remove the u-jam seal, then the screw on the bottom of the window seal. Mine were rusted pretty good and had to spray with penetrating oil to remove and again after cleaning with some scotch brite for lube on install.
