hello everyonei have an 86 irocz had some wires melt and have no power to my iginition and my power windows cant find the problem have no idea what the heck is going on need help

First item on the list would be to get a Haynes manual on the car to guide you.
Look at the starter solenoid terminal where the battery cable hooks into. There are a few fusible links; they may be open.
Check fuses at fusebox.
Obviously, replace the burnt wires, maybe get another wire harness from a donor car.

took the starter out of the car cleaned it up replaced the wires that were burnt. still have to fix the one fuseable link i found broke and put the starter back in
